"Passionate, efficient, flexible"

For as long as I can remember I have enjoyed cooking and traveling. International travel to places like Eastern Europe, Italy, and Greece inspired my curiosity with food cultures and cooking. Experiencing different cultures, specifically food cultures, has inspired me not only my career path, but also in my hobby of cooking. Tasting feta cheese from Greece, pizza from Rome, and falafel from Europe has increased my desire for travel and inspired my career path in nutrition and dietetics. My hope is to work with diverse populations of people and continue my development and deep understanding of international nutrition, policy, and culture.
